Christmas Delivery & Return Policy

Purchases made on be.tiffany.com or over the phone between 1 November - 31 December 2024 will be eligible for complimentary returns until 31st January 2025. Purchases made after 31st December 2024 will carry a standard 30-day return policy unless stated otherwise.

To return your order, simply visit Returns and follow the steps provided on our partner’s site. Choose between a return or an exchange, and select the return method that best suits you.

Purchases made online, through be.tiffany.com or by phone, cannot be returned in stand-alone stores. Returns must be processed exclusively through the online process.

​Kindly note that Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items. Additionally, please note that “Online Only” items cannot be returned to stores.​
