What is the Tiffany & Co. Return/Exchange Policy?

Christmas Returns Policy

 

Purchases made in stand-alone stores, on be.tiffany.com or over the phone between 1 November - 24 December 2022 will be eligible for complimentary returns until 31st January 2023. Purchases made after 24th December 2022 will carry a standard 30-day return policy unless stated otherwise.

 

To return your order, simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label and then arrange for a collection or alternatively drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.​

 

​Kindly note that Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items. Additionally, please note that “Online Only” items cannot be returned to stores.​

 

 

Tiffany & Co. Online Return Policy:​
 
  • Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • We are please to offer a complimentary returns and exchange service.​
  • To return your order, simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label and then Then arrange for a collection or alternatively drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.
  • Merchandise purchased online, will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including seal stickers) and in saleable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return.
