What if I need to return my engagement ring?

All engagement rings purchased over the phone, may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of original purchase for refund or exchange. The engagement ring must be in saleable condition, include all product documentation (e.g., Tiffany Diamond Certificate, or Colored Stone or Diamond reports) and be accompanied by a sales receipt.


Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you'd like to return. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 10 days of return.


If you have purchased an engagement ring in our Tiffany & Co. store in Brussels, the merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of original purchase in the same store.
