How will my order be delivered?

Delivery Times & Rates

 

Delivery is complimentary for all orders. Please allow 8 working and an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand-engraved and monogrammed items.

 

You may verify the status of your order and delivery by contacting the Client Care Centre on 0800 891 47. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00; closed weekends and Public Holidays in England and Wales.

 

Return Policy & Packaging Information

 

Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 10 working days of return.

 

Online orders will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.

 

Retail stores cannot exchange items or refund the purchase price for online-goods.

 

Kindly note that Tiffany does not accept exchanges or refunds on any fragrance sale or engraved and customised pieces. Tiffany fragrances are delivered in the packaging pictured on our site, not in our signature blue box.
