How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Articles are accepted for refund or exchange if returned to our Distribution Centre, in perfect condition within 30 days, accompanied by your original packaging and documentation. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 days of return. Retail stores are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased online.
