How can I return or exchange an Online Exclusive item?

Please note that Online Exclusive items cannot be returned to stores.


Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for item(s) that you'd like to return. If you wish to return your Online Exclusive item, simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 10 working days of return. Kindly note that Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on engraved and customised pieces.
